Memorial to Loren Wyss 1934 - 2013

Loren Wyss, President of the Wyss Foundation, Portland Oregon and Benefactor to the Eastern Open has died in the USA. Loren and his wife Judy donated thousands of US dollars over many years to the King’s Lynn Arts Centre as awards for artists entering the annual Eastern Open competition.

WEST NORFOLK ARTISTS' ASSOCIATION'S DONATION!

At a presentation yesterday, West Norfolk Artists' Association's Chair, Kit Price-Moss, generously presented a cheque for £500 as a donation towards the work of the King's Lynn Arts Centre Trust.

Nick's New Horizons!

We all said a sad farewell to Nick yesterday, as he leaves for new pastures after nearly 9 years working at the King's Lynn Arts Centre. We wish Nick very good luck in his new job. His jovial manner and bonhomie will be missed by us all and especially by the many volunteers who have worked alongside him.

Captioned Performance of 'The Girl with the Iron Claws'!

The King's Lynn Arts Centre is delighted to announce its very first captioned show! The Girl with the Iron Claws, on Saturday 25 May at 4.30pm, will have a caption box as part of the set together with an experienced captioner. This is being made possible by ‘house’, the strategic venue, audience development and support organisation for this region, which is funding the facility.
